I RISE Therapy is a licensed mental health service for healing and emotional well‑being by supporting clients working through distress, trauma, or mental‑health concerns.
I RISE Coaching, on the other hand, is a non-clinical service for personal growth & general wellness by helping clients set goals, build confidence, and rise into their potential.

These are the FAQ for the potential I RISE Coaching clients.
Video conferencing through the Secure Client Portal account you create. That same account lets you electronically complete the necessary paperwork, scheduling, payments, and more.
You will need a smartphone, laptop, desktop, or tablet with a secure internet connection & video calling capabilities (i.e. camera & audio enabled). Using a pair of headphones or earbuds is also recommended.
I RISE Coaching appts are 50 minutes long.
A private space or room in your home works great to maintain your confidentiality, privacy, and focus - and using headphones or earbuds can be helpful at maintaining your privacy, too.
No, not at this time.
The cost is $100 for a 50-minute I RISE Coaching appointment via secure video conferencing.

All payments are done securely through your account in the Client Portal. After your FREE Get-to-Know, you will be prompted to input your credit or debit card information and this will be used as your preferred method of payment on file.
Your credit or debit card on file in your Client Portal account will be billed after each completed online coaching appointment - not before.
All cancelations must be done more than 24 hours in advance before your scheduled appointment time. Any cancelations made within 24 hours or less of your scheduled appointment time will be charged a cancelation fee of $50 to your payment method on file.
Yes, you most certainly can - no matter where you live.
No, you cannot even if you have mental health concerns AND life fulfillment goals. I cannot be both your Life Coach and your Licensed Therapist, as this is a dual-relationship and therefore not acceptable.
In your FREE Get-to-Know with me, we can discuss which service will be most appropriate for your primary needs or goals based on what I offer. And, depending on this outcome, I am happy to provide you with referrals to help you find other therapists or life coaches who can meet your additional therapy or coaching needs, if you'd like.
It depends on your life availability, my work availability, etc. But most people find meeting weekly or bi-weekly to be a good fit for them. If you go any longer in-between appointments, then it can be harder to maintain progress and easier to regress or plateau.
